Return and Refund Policy

InHalloween sells digital download products. Because digital files are delivered electronically, all sales are generally final once the download has been delivered.

If you have trouble accessing your file, receive the wrong file, or the download does not work, please contact us at store@inhalloween.com and we will help fix the issue.

Refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for duplicate purchases, technical delivery problems, or accidental purchases where the file has not been downloaded.
